Solo project · Version 1
Wyndow is a first-version product—designed, built, and shipped largely as a solo project from Portugal. The goal is simple: help you know when and where to kite before you leave home—not another session-social feed.
Most weather apps answer wind speed at a grid cell. Kitesurfers need more: wind direction vs the shore, swell, tide at tide-dependent spots, and a honest read on whether the window is worth the drive. Wyndow combines spot-level forecasts, a Kite Score, Kairos in plain language, travel guides, and alerts that respect how riders actually plan—on desktop, iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch.
This is an early, actively evolving release—not a finished platform from a big team. You'll see rough edges, missing spots, and features still in beta. That's intentional: ship something useful, learn from riders, improve quickly.
Feedback matters on a solo build. Say hello if something's wrong or missing.
Wyndow is developed on the Atlantic coast—where Nortada summers and winter swells are part of daily life. Infrastructure runs on green compute where we can, with a small footprint and respect for the ocean that makes the sport possible.
